In 100% of all cases, the SELLER is at fault.
https://badbuyerlist.org/buyer/33da71a9d21ead11fd775aaf
The customer is always right, either the SELLER should be requesting the package be signed and pay for tracking... or the seller should shut up and quit because Big Box Retail, born over decades of charging of treating the customer like a customer instead of a criminal, pays far more into customer relationships than Online Retail which seems to be "how much money can I line my pockets with".
Wait, I thought that was what big box retail was suppose to be about... you mean that getting 20% profit with online business isn't just pure greed?

I didn't buy any electronics from Amazon as reported in this list. You should require people who post bad buyers transactions made by the buyer to the seller or vice versa as evidence to prove that the buyer is really bad. I REPEAT I DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM AMAZON TO THIS DATE. HOW COME I BECAME A BAD BUYER? I WAS SURPRISED FINDING MY NAME IN THIS LIST ACCIDENTALLY.

I purchased a set of 8 eyeliners (yes this is all over petty makeup) from a seller called babycham1976
Geraldine Denton
geraldine1976@aol.comWhen I complained about the authenticity of these eyeliners, I received a barrage of dramatic, aggressive and threatening messages about committing fraud, the police, and a 'badbuyerslist' - something I had never heard of before. Clearly she was having a bad day/time of the month/not getting any action at home/bitter about having the name Geraldine.
Anyways, an example of her messages include:
11th November 2016: Having collected evidence from various other sources that I am not able to divulge this case is now the subject of a criminal investigation, I have been advised by police not to engage in any further discussion other than to pass on this information, a crime reference number will be passed on to eBay & police will lease with them directly.
***Then a listing about me on the boohoo badbuyerlist appears on 11th November stating I damage goods to get a return (how can one 'damage' an eyeliner - liar!)***
The next message from her stated:
Dear Buyer, I am well aware of the difference between Liase & Lease, unfortunately my auto correct is not, thank you for taking the time to point out my error, if trying to belittle me makes you feel better about what your doing then please, carry on, but that isn't really the issue here is it? I'm surprised that you are surprised this has been reported to the police. Far from trying to intimate you I felt it important the police were made aware. I am well aware of what you are doing & have spoken with other sellers you have done the same too, I also see you feature on a bad buyer list which leads me to believe you are well practiced in claiming foul play. I'm sure you are well aware that ebay will always side with a buyer in cases like this & afford little protection to a seller, it must also be reassuring for you to know ebay apparently find fraud laughable, I'm sure I will be forced to accept your return & refund you, I may even have my account sanctioned BUT if all achieve by reporting this to the Police is to make you think twice before trying this with another seller then I'm ok with that, In all honesty I've had it with people like yourself trying it on all the time anyway. I'm sure you wail escalate this to ebay as soon as you are able so we will wait & see what tomorrow brings. Kind regards
Timing of the badbuyerlist post a bit of a coincidence? Clearly a nutter who needs therapy. Thankfully the police have not arrested me yet :) :) :)

Not all Buyers are bad buyers and not all sellers are bad sellers. First off we have to look at the venue and how it operates. Sellers are sometime harsh and refuse to answer a buyer, yeah I'm on both ends so I see both. I try to communicate with the seller or buyer before I escalate to another level. If I don't receive a item I try and contact the seller and ask if they would check shipper for me. As a seller and because I am a small time seller maybe sell a 2 or 4 items a week(I have to work as well), I monitor my items and message the buyer when its shipped and again when its delivered. Unfortunately recently I had the pleasure of dealing with a buyer who opened a return/refund and I followed ebays system of contacting the buyer to find out what was the issue and please send me pics or videos of what he claims to have and my response was in a matter on minutes of the notice to return as records show. After several attempts to communicate with him and no response I left a third message stating I would refund the total including shipping and return shipping. He never responded. The very next day he leaves a negative feedback claiming I am a dishonest seller.
Now keeping in mind he's actually the one with the issues as I offered him a complete refund and return shipping and he leave me a negative feedback and I have no way to respond to that feedback such as detailing out i offered full refund and he does not respond to messages. I kind of understand why they eliminated that because of seller abuse, but the issue is the same as the buyer abuse. Oh and I did setup a full refund and return shipping. I will probably get back some trash, but I am sure pretty sure it would be opened and damaged not what I sent him. Regardless, as a seller I hate new users because they tend to screw things up as I had zero negatives and since I am a small time seller that one negative had an impact on my over ratings. This maybe the best time to stop using these outlets and promoting their brand and create my own branding (IE: myownwebstore.com).

To Badbuyerlist:
Please read below about the Seller who you are erroneously passing on libelous information about me for him/her.
Sequence of events:
I ordered and paid for product.
Product did not arrive, nor did confirmation of purchase, nor eta on when it would arrive.
I contacted seller by email and voicemail after waiting for three weeks for it's arrival.
He did not respond.
I contacted him through Paypal.
He responded attempting to frame me as a bad buyer, still providing no eta if ever.
I cancelled order. In order for a contract to be binding, both parties have to give some form of consideration. He did not therefore we never had a binding agreement.
Afterwards, when we had no agreement, he sends product and tracking information.
But I had already ordered from another company.
When product arrived, I returned it to him immediately. Please know that I did not legally have to return product that I did not order, but I did to be fair.
The Paypal dispute department talked to me on the phone giving him ten days to refund $38.26, after which time, they will rule dispute in my favor and credit me the money.Seller's like that should be required to take a business and ethics class before they're allowed to sell through Paypal again.

I totally agree. Seller had serious bad business ethics, and took out her failures on me. The badbuyerlist.org is reckless with information and we need to file a class action suit to hold them accountable to investigate before they excoriate.

Just a place for BAD SELLERS to TRASH and Lie against Good Buyers who are cheated by Scammer's and Bad Sellers on EBAY. Seller's who are angry at a buyer for leaving bad feedback posts lies, derogatory and misinformation here against good buyers. Totally a TRASH site here. Everything one needs to know about a BUYER is listed on EBAY. Bad Sellers aren't always identifiable as they can change names and have multiple accounts. Buyers cannot. Especially if they are using PayPal.

I believe this site should be removed as well, this is fucking out of control, you have no permission to put our addresses on this site, I was a bit young and didn't know a lot about ebay, so someone reported me, this is insane.

This site is really a NONSENSE to slander without investigating. Here anyone even a bad seller can put his blame on an honest buyer and this happened to me. I think this site has to be removed
