I'm a seller who now uses this list to screen buyers before doing business. I had one really bad experience with a buyer and eBay didn't do anything about it. I haven't posted personal information on here, just username, name, and city as I don't think it's right to post all the other details, even if the user is a scammer - it's not my place to do that. However, this is an important tool. Maybe personally identifying information should be hidden, but if you search for it and it returns a match then you see the match without the rest of the info? This would ensure that sellers can use this tool to identify a bad buyer and that buyers are still protected.
Really, this list wouldn't be necessary if sellers had better protections from eBay or if eBay actually followed up and investigated reports of bad buyers. It sucks for everyone, but here we are.

I totally agree that seller's claims against a buyer should be investigated before allowing posting on this site. Seller's who are dishonest and unethical give other sellers a bad name. I have a 100% claim free EBAY buying history but I have had vicious, derogatory and completely false information published on this site against me because I reported a bad seller and he posted horrible lies against me and used my personal identifying information on the post. The administrator of this site can easily follow the links to the members name and find out the history before allowing it to be published. I would appreciate if the administrator, RYAN would remove my information from this site and investigate the sellers claim. EBAY has NO record of any claim made against me as a buyer. I use PayPal exclusively and have never returned an item or left but 1 negative feedback against a seller as it was warranted. This is why EBAY protects buyers more than the seller's. Some seller's are just down right crooked. Thank you for your help. Respectfully,

Sellers who use the badbuyers.org site to get back at buyers who left them negative feedback is just simply pathetic. Sellers who fail to follow EBAY policy use this site for revenge. I am a 100% perfect buyer and left negative feedback on a seller who has used this site to distort the truth and my name. The fact they have to go outside of EBAY to do this says everything. Just sad.

I just found a Slanderous and Liebelous comment on Google regarding my EBAY account from a seller who trashed my name. I am a great buyer and the event in question was much different than the seller described and should not be allowed to be taken at word much less posted on the internet. I will not be doing business with EBAY if they allow such information to be posted. This was slanderous, False and vindictive.

ebay buyers have been scamming sellers forever and ebay's policies allow them to get away with it. Sellers are not even allowed to leave "negative" feedback. It's about time sellers have a way to fight back. Buyers steal, lie, slander and manipulate all the time and ebay allows it. Remember, you, the buyer can choose not to buy from a seller, but a seller can't pick and choose the buyer--it's random. Ebay gives you every tool imaginable to NOT get scammed. It is literally impossible for a seller to scam a buyer as long as the seller accepts Paypal. So suck it up and go back to Walmart if buying on ebay is such a hassle.

The reason this bay seller with 71*'s to my 471*'s reported me as a BAD BUYER, was the fact I professionally told her off.
She gave me one lame excuse after another about shipping the little mug I bought from her with her personal financial information that was NONE of my business! In my professiuonal opinion, firesale2012 was a lame seller and "drama mama" and needed to be put in her place in a FIRM manner, and NOT exploit me on the internet on BadBuyerList.org.SIGNED,
